This policy describes the initial, ad-free Android and iOS release of Ballcalypse (app identifier: studio.knowhere.ballcalypse).

Information in the game

Ballcalypse does not collect or transmit personal information to Knowhere Studios LLC or third-party services. The game has no accounts, advertising SDK, in-app purchases, remote analytics or automatic crash-reporting service.

Progress and settings on your device

The game stores cleared-stage progress, Almanac discoveries, tutorial completion and sound preferences locally on your device. These records are not automatically uploaded to us. There is no game account or cloud-save service. Your operating system may back up app data according to your device settings.

Optional developer playtest mode records session details and active-play duration locally. It is off by default in the store release. It does not automatically send records to us; a tester can choose to export and share them.

Support communications

If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send, including your email address and message. We use it to respond to your request and investigate the reported issue. Our email service processes that correspondence to deliver and store it. Please avoid sending sensitive or unrelated personal information.

Your choices and deletion

You can remove local game data using your device's app-data controls or by removing the app. Operating-system backups may need to be deleted separately. We cannot remotely access or erase your local game progress. To ask about or request deletion of information you sent to support, email hitesh@knowhere.studio.

Retention

Local game data remains on your device until you, the app or the operating system remove it. We retain support correspondence only for as long as needed to handle your request and meet applicable legal obligations.

Children

The same local-only game data practices apply to players of every age. The game does not ask children to provide personal information and does not show advertisements. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us through support, please contact us to request its deletion.

App stores and future changes

Apple and Google process information when you use their stores and platform services under their own privacy policies. This policy describes Ballcalypse itself.

We may introduce advertising in a future release. Advertising is not enabled in the release covered by this policy. Before introducing it, we will update this policy and the store disclosures to describe the actual providers, information processed and available privacy choices.

Changes to this policy will appear on this page with an updated date.
